Tulsa, Oklahoma (March 2, 2021) - Something new and fresh is brewing on the corner of 11th & Lewis on Tulsa’s historic Route 66 Mother Road. Celebrating its grand opening weekend on March 12-13, Gambill’s is a Spanish-inspired wine and tapas bar. The event will feature a fine selection of wines from Iberian and South American, as well as sangria and tapas. Gambill's Coffee + Wine specializes in brewing coffee using Moka pots and Vietnamese coffee filters and offers traditional Central American hot chocolate, restorative farmed teas from China, and classic Indian masala chai tea.
While the Gambill’s menu changes from time to time, some of the custom favorites are the Citrus White Sangria, Aigua de Valencia, Rebujito, Cuba Libre, and the Old Fashioned. A signature offering is the Sevilla Sangria, featuring pineapple juice, whiskey, sparkling wine, and hand whipped cream. The shop also plans to offer wine flights on Wednesdays.
