BBA and TulsaGo Announce Details of 2025 Brookside BooHaHa Event

TULSA, Oklahoma (October 8, 2025) – Oklahoma's largest Halloween celebration makes its grand return on Saturday, October 18th, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. The Brookside BooHaHa has been a beloved Halloween tradition for over 30 years, consistently attracting an annual attendance of well over 10,000 enthusiastic visitors from all corners of the metropolitan area. Peoria Avenue will undergo a spooky transformation into a Halloween wonderland, offering a wealth of activities and entertainment for families of all ages. Attendees will enjoy:
Kid’s Zones: Each zone along Peoria Avenue will offer inflatables, games, prizes, candy, and more.
Trick-or-Treating: One of the best parts about the Brookside BooHaHa is FREE CANDY! There will be several candy destinations along Peoria on the day of the event. Additionally, the TulsaGo Candy Squad will return to cruise up and down Brookside handing out hundreds of pounds of candy to attendees from 9:00AM-11:00AM.
Costume Contests: Kids’ costume contests will be held at 10:00AM at each of the zones. A pet costume contest will be held at 10:00AM at City Vet on the northwest corner of 36th and Peoria.
BooHaHa Parade: The BooHaHa Parade will kick off at 11:00AM and will make its way from 45th & Peoria to 33rd & Peoria, showcasing the participation of over 50 local groups and organizations from across the Tulsa regional area. The event will also host around 25 vendors who will be stationed in the Westlake ACE Hardware parking lot on the corner of 41st & Peoria.
Vendor Hub: Vendors will be stationed in the Westlake ACE Hardware parking lot on the corner of 41st & Peoria handing out candy and connecting with the community.
The Brookside BooHaHa is co-hosted by the Brookside Business Association and TulsaGo. The 2025 event is presented by Balance Yoga Barre and supporting sponsors include Tinker Federal Credit Union, Community Brookside, Afra Company, Boomerang Printing, Arvest Bank, City Veterinary Hospital, Silver Dollar Jewelry & Pawn, Lambrusco'z, Redbud Physical Therapy, Myers-Duren Harley-Davidson, Brookside Neighborhood Association, ASAP Services, and ACE Hardware.
